Pathways To the Power of Diversity (video)
Tom Sager was recently honored by the Directors’ Roundtable. He used that forum to address corporate executives and partners at leading law firms about the importance of diversity in the legal profession.
In this short video, he and others highlight many of the initiatives that are being undertaken by the Legal Department at DuPont and other organizations like the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) to provide pathways into the legal profession for diverse young people.
