The Legal Model Adapts to Change

Since 1992, the DuPont Legal Model has continued to adapt and change to meet the challenges in today’s corporate law. That’s because the Legal Model remains a dynamic process that undergoes almost continuous re-engineering and refinement in order for us to remain competitive.

For this reason, the Legal Model encourages our legal network of Primary Law Firms (PLFs) and Service Providers to adopt a culture of efficiency and cost control, to evaluate work processes and create more effective ways of delivering legal services.
