Mediation counsel can act as neutrals to reconcile the parties’ differences before proceeding to arbitration or litigation. Mediation helps settle matters quickly and also minimizes the expense of litigation.
DuPont Legal works with the Strategic Business Unit managers across the five DuPont business platforms, to identify cases for mediation. The majority of these cases are primarily personal injury or employment matters.
