For this reason, DuPont Legal encourages our legal network of Primary Law Firms (PLFs) and Primary Service Providers (PSPs) to adopt a culture of efficiency and cost control, to evaluate work processes, to create more effective ways of delivering legal services. To help measure the program, PLFs and PSPs complete a yearly Benchmark Survey.
