Juan Manuel Vaquer
Juan Manuel Vaquer is an Associate General Counsel, Legal Director for DuPont Latin America and President DuPont Argentina. He joined DuPont Argentina in 1990. He has held several positions in the Legal and External Affairs functions for the subsidiary. He worked for three years as European Counsel for DuPont de Nemours International in Geneva, Switzerland.
Back in the Latin America, Mr. Vaquer held the positions of President for DuPont Chile and South America Legal Director. Since the formation in January 2004 of the DuPont Latin America Region, he became Director Legal Latin America. In January 2007, he added the role of President DuPont Argentina to his responsibilities.
Mr. Vaquer received his JD degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Law School. He obtained his Master’s degree in International and Comparative Law from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1988. Prior to joining DuPont, Juan Vaquer worked in a law firm and in the International Department of the Argentine Attorney General’s Office
