Kevin M. Derbyshire
Kevin M. Derbyshire is General Counsel, Government & Public Affairs Director, for DuPont Canada, effective January 19, 2009.
Mr. Derbyshire was awarded General Counsel of the Year in the Mid-Market Excellence category (companies with $100M-$1B in annual revenue) at the 2007 Canadian General Counsel Awards. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association, an organization with over 10,000 legal professionals. He is also a frequent speaker at business and legal seminars and conferences.
Mr. Derbyshire graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an undergraduate degree in political science and history. He received his L.L.B. from the University of Western Ontario.
