Martha L. Rees
Martha L. Rees is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Chief Environmental Counsel, Chief Antitrust Counsel at DuPont. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her undergraduate degree a B.S. in civil engineering from Purdue University. Ms. Rees is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
She began her career at DuPont as a research engineer in 1973. Ms. Rees’ legal experience includes working as a commercial attorney representing pharmaceuticals and agricultural products businesses, as a corporate and securities lawyer, special projects assignments focusing on product liability prevention with Engineering Polymers in particular, then across Corporation, as a federal lobbyist, and as an Associate General Counsel with a frequently shifting portfolio.
