Patrick S. Schriber
Patrick S. Schriber is Associate General Counsel and Director Legal EMEA, Europe Middle East and Africa. He is responsible for managing the legal team in the EMEA region.
Patrick held a variety of positions within Legal during his career at DuPont, including being lead counsel EMEA for a number of different business over the years, e.g., Engineering Polymers, Advanced Fiber Systems, Nonwovens, Films, Electronic Technologies, as well as, for many years, the business units that made up Invista prior to its separation from DuPont. He also advised (and continues to do so) HR in EMEA on benefits and pension matters. From 1995 to 1999, Patrick was seconded to Engineering Polymers in Asia Pacific, with assignments in Hong Kong and Tokyo, as business manager Asia Pacific for product lines of Engineering Polymers.
Prior to joining DuPont in 1989, Patrick worked as an intern and a junior associate at Baker & McKenzie in Geneva, Switzerland, and for a few months in Hong Kong. Patrick holds a law degree form the University of Geneva School of Law, and a Masters degrees in international law from New York University School of Law. He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1987.
