The 2008 Chair

Thomas A. Warnock

Thomas A. Warnock is the 2008 Chair of the DuPont Minority Counsel Network.  He is Counsel with DuPont Legal.  He joined DuPont in April of 2006 as an attorney in the litigation group and is responsible for a variety of litigation matters throughout the United States involving commercial disputes, premises and products liability, and chemical specific litigation.  

He is Co-Chair of DuPont Legal’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and a member of the DuPont’s Toxic Torts Practice Group.  In 2005, Mr. Warnock was presented the “2005 Lawyer on the Fast Track” award, an award presented by American Lawyer Media to only 35 lawyers under the age of 40 in the State of Pennsylvania.  

Before joining DuPont, Mr. Warnock was a general commercial litigator at the law firm of White and Williams LLP in Philadelphia, PA where he handled intellectual property and breach of contract litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants and defended numerous products liability and defamation lawsuits.  He received his bachelor of arts degree from The Florida State University and his J.D. degree from The Temple University School of Law.
