DuPont Legal organized its first Minority Job Fair in 1994, to assist our PLFs with their minority recruitment efforts. Today, it’s a successful multi-city event, bringing in more than 500 resumes from minority law students around the country who interview with DuPont PLFs.
The Minority Job Fair has earned DuPont Legal the National Association for Legal Placement's Mark of Distinction Award.
